Problem Note 53368: Expanded nodes and links are inactive and link start and end dates are displayed in an incorrect format in SAS® Social Network Analysis Server
In SAS Social Network Analysis Server, the following symptoms might occur on the SAS Social Network Analysis tab.
- Expanded nodes and links are inactive (grayed out).
- The start dates and end dates for links are displayed with different formats when you use the time
slider.
This problem occurs when you use a non-US locale (YYYY-MM-DD format) on the SAS Social Network Analysis Server machine.
